nVIDIA Quadro no longer works

Updated 1703 on a PC with an nVidia Quadro in it, latest drivers installed (2017 from nVidia)

 

Now only 1 in 10 boots (at best!) will show the Windows login screen - it always shows the bios and initial spinning wheel but most of the time the display doesn't come on.

 

Something else for the W10 1703 'things that break' section!

Its a 4000, and I've tried both drivers from nVidia and MS own drivers. Gave up and stuck in an old PNY card which is now working. Shame as the 4000 is a decent card!
