Sheridan Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 We've got a primary which has a single trolley of ipads and a macbook. Normally we've used AC2 and a VPP account to download apps. However recently it just hangs at the 'Downloading Apps' stage. I've done a full reset of the ipads and re-supervised them but it still hangs at the same point. Now the only thing thats changed (quite a few months ago) is a new ISP but looking at their logs I can't see anything being blocked, is there any sites (apart from the whitelised *.apple.com) that AC2 connects to to download Apps?
