Adding Languages to Windows 10

Looking to add extra Keyboard inputs to our Windows 10.

 

I have been asked to add French, German, Spanish and Chinese.

 

Whats the best way of doing this - with SCCM/GPO?

I just used a script to run lpksetup silently, if you're doing it before deployment it's easier

Those links are very helpful but do you do anything to "enable" these additional languages for the user?

I.e allowing them to switch inputs via the language toolbar by the system tray?

Not sure, I mostly used it to fix computers with en-us instead of en-gb
