Does the CVS import process work for anyone?

After attempting verify after verify and being hit with failure after failure and to see if this actually works, I downloaded the sample CSV from the portal, and verified it, guess what, it failed on all 5 sample addresses. What hope have we got of creating 170 addresses?

Anyone hitting the same brick wall? Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm afraid I can't help specifically with the CSV file, except to say make sure there are no spurious characters or spaces in the file before the commas...But you might want to consider syncing on-premises AD with Azure AD...might take care of some of the headaches for you.

See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/connect/active-directory-aadconnect

Of course if you don't have on-premises AD then ignore the above, sorry!

Used it quite often with a school that prefer not to sync; the only issue I've seen is that it downloads in unicode format and Excel will try and keep it that way when you save. Forcing it to save as CSV though doesn't give any issues.
