No Splash screen bios when installing Windows 10 Edu

Hi Guys..

 

Im trying to install Windows 10 Edu on HP Compaq 8300 machine. Everything seems fine when installing Windows 10 Edu 64 Bits

After its installed and then restart the machine. When the PC reboots, I couldn't see splash screen of Bios and have to wait 1 mins or so to see what going on, after 1 mins then Windows 10 logo starts and boot to windows 10.

 

Any one have same problems? or is there any solutions for this?
