Binding domain to two MDM's. Possible?

I'm hoping someone who uses Google for Education maybe able to help with this.

 

We are setting up Google for Education and want to use it with our current MDM (Meraki), to which we need to bind the domain to push apps. However, is it also possible to bind it to another MDM at the same time? We are specifically looking at Mobile Device Management Plus (Manage Engine) as they have a 25 device free service at the minute.
