We stripped out all our fax lines when we was in the NHS, cost is a fortune for what little use they did get. Hospital trusts are biggest users of them, you try getting a Dr to change their way of working!

Not come access the use of Snapchat here yet, all kinds of data protection issues. Although not sure how actually widespread it is.
