Direct Edit Issue (Doesn't Stay Enabled / Opens Blank Document)

Hi All

 

I have installed the "Direct Edit" MSI on my machine.

I logon to HAP and turn "Direct Edit" on, however this doesnt seem to stay activated.... ANY IDEAS?

 

If I enable it then right click the file and select Direct Edit, a blank document opens up.., ANY IDEAS?
