Error When Trying To Download File From HAP (IIS E

I am new to HAP and have also installed on a Windows 2016 Server running IIS 10.

Although the application seems to be working correctly, until I tried to access a file... Hope someone can advise / help.

 

I logon to HAP and go to "My Files" and browse to the share and folder.

I then select the file i want to access.

 

I receive a message:

 

You are about to download a file, if you wish to edit please save to your computer and upload once you have finished!

 

I click OK then get the below IIS error:

Is there anything else logged in the application event log on the server. Can you try navigating to that page on the server and see what other info you get

I have resolved

was permissions on the HAP folder 8-)
