Esteban_Child_of_the_Sun Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 Still the same as it ever was. Going to try it all again using local admin rather than domain admin. Incidentally Capita apparently told my support that SQL Service pack 3 could be at fault. - I couldn't get a reasoning behind this although once I get desperate enough I shall probably try ripping that out ... If you are running SQL 2012 SP3, have you download and applied both the x64SQLSysCLRTypes.msi and x32SQLSysCLRTypes.msi (as Admin)? You can get there here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49999 (This is a relatively new development and is at the bottom of my list of Discover issues for that reason. I should probably put it higher in my list) Also I should highlight that you need both the 32 and 64 bit versions (assuming you are using a 64 bit server) 1
3enjammin Posted June 29, 2017 Author Posted June 29, 2017 THAT WAS IT! - Mate I could kiss you. Thanks for bearing with me everyone there are happy senior types here today
3enjammin Posted November 1, 2017 Author Posted November 1, 2017 and with that - the new discover wont deploy over solus 3. - tolerance not met for summer 2017 install (sims installs fine) Sorry this feels like a schoolboy error now, I just dont do enough of this to know it well enough, and the logs that I can find tell me no more. Discover was great while it lasted though!
