TwistedHelixis Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 We need to replace our old MFP. The bursar has narrowed down the schools next MFP to two makes, Sharp or Cyocera. This is a small primary school and this will be the only printer in the school so after sales needs to be spot on. At another school I look after we have some sharp MFP's and the after sales support is great, but the printer drivers are not as solid as they could be and sometimes crash when printing from Windows 10 built in apps (a few others on Spiceworks have the same issue). I have never used Cyocera and hope someone can advice if we should go with either Sharp or Cyocera. Thanks

pcstru Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 (edited) Kyocera is the spelling (just in case there is some pretender out there trying to impersonate them with a spelling variation!). I don't see sharp listed as a supplier to rm3781, so if you are not using the framework to purchase, it is worth investigating as it is likely to be extremely good value compared to other routes. Does anyone like the Kyocera MFPs?
