HarryMonkey Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 Does anyone have a contact number for Apple Education Sales Support? I ordered VPP credit last week and whilst the order is sat on their system, nothing has been done to complete it, whenever I speak to the general support, they either can't find the order (despite me sending them a pdf copy of it), therefore it doesn't exist or they put me through to someone who seems to be permanently in a meeting. I'm tearing my hair out with this. If this is what I have to go through every time I want to order VPP credit, I'll be chucking them all in the bin. Thanks

Progress Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 Apple VPP is Pants - Just got turned down for VPP as, (I am the network manager and I put the headteacher down as authority), " I 'm not authorised to bind the school to the agreement" - with no reasoning and no option for appeal. Hello EBay, like to buy some IPads?
HarryMonkey Posted October 9, 2017 Author Posted October 9, 2017 Call you local Apple store, they can help set it up for you. Mine got turned down initially but a phone call and a couple of emails later I was all set up.
Edu-IT Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 When we were buying credit, we did it through KRCS as a reseller, and all worked well.

Hello EBay, like to buy some IPads? You sound very confused. Apple require someone who is authorised to enter into the VPP agreement when you first sign up for this, this is just a phone call usually and I usually give them the bursars name which is sufficient. Once Apple have spoken to that person anyone can order VPP credit and is usually done via a reseller as Apple don't have the systems in place to deal with hundreds of schools.
