HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT can't boot

Hi everyone, I will be glad if somebody can help me have windows 8.1 on HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT for as i am trying it can't boot from he DVD. But it is a brand new PC.

^ This , the 260 had the same problem . For windows 7 PXE booting . Via the bios i went to Security > Secure Boot Configuration and enabled "Legacy Support" also disabled "Secure Boot".
