Exchange 2013 Attachment Size

I have an on-site exchange server with receive connector set ar the default 35mb. Our Mail filtering provider has a limit of 50mb.

Whenever i sent any emails from external inbound, they fail with the following:

 

This message wasn't delivered to anyone because it's too large. The limit is 12 MB. This message is 31 MB.

 

I cannot work out where it is getting this setting from - where else would it be set?

Found it! Was the transport config

 

Get-TransportConfig | ft MaxSendSize, MaxReceiveSize
