Remove shared printer GPO from old print server

Hey all,

 

Odd question. We had out old print server finally give up so we have setup a new one alongside new printers etc. However the old printers are still showing and being deployed although offline by group policy they were deployed via the print managment console in group policy but this is now inaccessable. Do you know of a way I can remove these from being deployed via GPO as it causing confusion for people. I can remove them from users machines but once they log back in it appears again.
