Secure Access issues?

So I'm trying to do my super simple summer census, and I need some more ULNs, so I log in for the the KtS batch one, and I cannot access KtS.

 

I also don't have access to COLLECT or S2S either.

 

They are in my list, they just aren't hyperlinked.

 

Now...I know what you're thinking - but I'm the lead account, have approver rights, and have checked my rights, which haven't changed.

 

I'm hoping I missed an email or something

Usually that happens when you haven't confirmed your school details in the EduBase record - is this flagged at all?

 

Just checked and I can access S2S etc.

Thanks - feel like an idiot now.

 

our governance information can't be corrected by our head accountant, so has been red for the entire year, I've just got so used to skipping past it, I hadn't noticed!

Yeah, the DfE are sneaky gits when it comes to breaking stuff deliberately to get you to update your info.
