Meraki - Air Marshal

We've had Meraki for about four years, and during that time I keep receiving emails from the Air Marshal service, reporting rogue Wi-Fi networks (which I assume are mobile Hotspots that the students are setting up to bypass the filtering via 4G and sharing it with friends.

 

However, I've never really understood what I'm able to DO with Air Marshal. Is it just alerting me, or can it do something about these mobile hotpots?

 

What does "Contain" actually do?

Containment is basically where your own APs send "disconnect" requests to any clients connected to the rogue APs. I'm not sure of the legality of using containment when an AP isn't directly connected to your network though.
