Can you mass configure access to windows share on chromebook?

Is it possible to have access to a windows based shared drive on Chromebooks? Something that is configured centrally or has only a tiny amount of setup as they would be shared devices.

You can do it with something like Foldr. There's a cost of course, but there usually is with cloud devices.
