nicholab Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 I am getting this error trying to deploy update with SCCM : "Error: Failed to download content id 16780003. Error: The process is not in background processing mode." Any suggestions?
Geoff Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 Has all the content in the update group downloaded and been distributed?
nicholab Posted May 15, 2017 Author Posted May 15, 2017 Why does SCCM not do this, I don't think it has all been downloaded. I just tried to download the content for one patch and I go the same message the process is not in backgroud processing mode. I cant believe there are now wizards to actual set this up for you. How should i set this up to get the updates I can see that some update have been downloaded.
sparkeh Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 That error can be related to proxy or IIS permissions. What does your PatchDownloader.log say? Any errors?
nicholab Posted May 16, 2017 Author Posted May 16, 2017 The PatchDownloader.log not looking two good I guess. Downloading content for ContentID = 16777845, FileName = mpsyschk.exe.
