Sims Attendance for External Music Lesson

I've been asked to look into this situation....

 

We have three external music teachers who come into the school for music lessons. We use lesson monitor for our registers, and have recently purchase Schoolcomms. The trouble we have is that singing lessons start and finish throughout the day during normal timetable curriculum lessons. The staff member of the curriculum lesson will put an "N" for the absent child. During am and pm registration this N is then sent home via Schoolcomms.

 

What can we do? We don't particularly want to allow an external person access to sims?
