Including the navigation menu in a separate file

Hello,

 

Sysman helped me out by creating a static template of his Edugeek Joomla template.

 

The one thing i have most problems with is changes to the main navigation menu. I have looked at trying to use an include file to create the menu and just manage it in one location. All the ways in which i have found to do this seem quite intense with php code and css layout code.

 

Not being a coder is there a much easier way to create an include file to add the navigation bar to each page?
