GSuite Password Sync

We have GAPS up and running and all says fine but when I change a users password it is not updating on their google account.

 

How long does this change take to be reflected in your domains?

Would changing the password in RMMC cause an issue or have people got GAPS working fine on a RM network?

Our password sync is almost instantenous here in on Active Directory network. Unfortunately I have no experience of using it on a RM network.

I've tried changing it directly in AD but no luck there either

Check the GAPS logs, they are generally quite informative. Check that the "email address" field is set for each user in Active Directory, even if they don't actually have an email account associated with their user (our pupils don't), as Google doesn't sync the account otherwise. Also, the actual account sync only happens once a day by default - the GAPS installation process sets up a Windows Scheduled Task, check the Windows task schedular for details, but you can always manually run the task (only takes a minute or so to run) if you want everything synced right away.

We have two and I have it installed on both. I have reinstalled the latest version now as we were slightly behind.

 

In the logs this line looks to be showing the error:

Anyone any ideas what this could be?

 

It successfully finds the user and the mail attribute
