G Suite Digital Signage Content

Hello,

 

I am not sure if this is the right place, nowhere seemed ideal!

 

Anyway I am after some digital signage content to promote G Suite, so far I have found this -

 

I have found other stuff on YouTube but lots of it it dependant on a voice-over, and our screens are silent.

 

Does anyone have anything they can share please? It doesn't have to be videos can be still images etc.

Can I ask what elements of G Suite are you looking to promote and in what context? I may have something or be able to put you in touch with the right person to give you some polished material.

@DarrellR the issue with captions is they are not 100% accurate and some odd stuff can come on. Also they go over the top of key stuff in some videos.

 

It is mainly Google Drive and Gmail I want to promote.

You can create your own guided tour videos using something like Screencastify https://www.screencastify.com/ in Chrome (free lets you do 5mins with watermark) or Adobe Spark (Free) to present the apps in a quick easy way. You can also use Google Slides and link it through Chrome Sign Builder to put it on digital signage.

 

If you want something a bit more pre done you can use Google Image Search and the additional filter tools (Type: Animated) to show you some of the animated gifs others have done on how to execute something in G Suite.

 

It is dependant on what context your presenting though and how you want to present it: Is it features of Drive? or showing students how they should be using it?
