Heritage Cirqa - Services problem

So we are upgrading our Library from Heritage to Heritage Cirqa.

 

We did the trial as they suggest etc. and now want to complete the upgrade.

 

Following their instructions, with them actually remoting in and supporting, we stopped all Heritage services on the server, moved the necessary data files and went to restart the services. Which now won't start...

 

5 of them are dependant on each other - the 'lead' service which won't start gives this error:

 

It reads 'The Cirqa Data service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.'

 

I've rebooted the server (can't do often as it's in use all day), to no avail.

 

Any ideas?

There is nothing in the event viewer. Simply an information entry under system which says 'The Cirqa Data Service service enetered the stopped state.' This is entered for each time I try to start it - no entry to say it has started though.
