Office 365 - Move deleted items another folder

Hello,

 

Is there a way to move everyone's deleted items to another folder please? maybe something in PowerShell?

 

I want to migrate to Gmail and it automatically empties the trash every 30 days. I don't want it dumping the existing deleted items.

Are you saying that Gmail empties the trush every 30 days?

 

I'm pretty sure Office 365 does as well unless you changed the defaults?

It does yes. Im not sure if it does do it by default on Office 365, I have forgotten. I may have turned it off.

I think it applies the trash policy by default which is 30 days to new mailboxes. I too turned it off.
