Printing from Vista Laptop

Hi,

 

I have a teacher who brings her own laptop with Vista Home Premium installed into school.

 

I have added it to the network so she can use the laser printer.

 

However, when she prints, she gets the first page and the printer alarms and cancels the rest of the print.

 

Whenever she prints to her own printer at home it prints fine

 

Any ideas please?
