Icloud Cancelling Events

Hi we have an issue where a user keeps sending out emails like this, now the user isn't physical cancelling them but icloud or icloud calender seems to be randomly cancelling stuff, any ideas, they're using an Iphone 6? First time I've ever come across it, we're using LGFL mail,
