FN-GM Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 Hello, I have upgraded to SCCM 1702. I am looking to use the Content library cleanup tool. I have an image and a few applications I have deleted from SCCM that still reside on the DP. I was going to use the tool to delete this old data to free up disk space. However when running it, its reporting only 60 meg of disk space recovered. I am looking at this guide: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/plan-design/hierarchy/content-library-cleanup-tool I am running this command: ContentLibraryCleanup.exe /dp "sccm-01.domain.com" /delete Has anyone else had this? Thanks
mukz Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 I don't think it deletes the apps themselves. It deletes the content metadata type stuff (if i am incorrect i do apologise as I've not yet tried it myself.)
FN-GM Posted April 12, 2017 Author Posted April 12, 2017 Bit pointless then isn't it? Why not dump the large installer files etc?
