WSUS - Missed Windows 10 cumulative updates - Clarification

Am i right in thinking that if i've missed some cumulative updates for windows i can just approve the latest one and it will fix the missed issues?

 

For example..

 

Say if i've missed march's CU and i approve April's will the group of machines still get the fixes from March or do i have to approve March's CU for these fixes to be fixed.
