This seams like it should be in user configuration.

not being able to easily differentiate based on group is a real pain.

Putting this in a computer policy rather than user policy is a typical windows 10 half baked solution.

As of the latest Cumulative Update for 1803, the Settings Page Visibility policy is also a user policy. About time! :)

If using Server 2012 R2 or GP through remote server management tools on a W7 workstation, how do I get the Settings Page Visibility setting to show up? This update is for W10.
