Pearson Invigilator Dashboard woes

Mornign all,

 

I've hit brick wall getting the invigilator dashboard working. Whilst it will run find under a roaming profile, as soon as I convert that same profile to a mandatory profile, the program won't run - event log shows a .net4 unspecified program failure.

 

I can't understand why it works under one but not the other. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so what was the solution?

It was quite active up until fairly recently, so a post there will target quite a few members who have also had issues with Pearson Onscreen Platform.
