[ms office - 2016] Outlook 2016 Internet Calendars

I've started deploying windows 10 and office 2016 to staff PCs.

Whe launching outlook it complains it cannot find the Interet Subscriptions .pst file, however in group policy i have disabled 'do not include internet calendar integration in outlook' but it still prompts when outlook is opened and have to close off the message and save window before it will open.

 

has anyone else had this (i am running a local exchange 2013 server) and only affects outlook 2016 clients and how did you resolve?
