Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College are on the look out for a Data, Systems & Exams Manager - £30-35k/pa, Full-time, 37hrs per week.

 

"The successful applicant will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of student data across the Academy & Sixth Form, will be responsible for managing all aspects of Academy examinations, and take a strategic lead on Academy information systems and provision of statistical analysis.

 

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified with excellent analytical skills, demonstrable organisational and leadership skills, with an eye for detail and precision in delivery of objectives."

 

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POST:

 

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Academy Information Management System (SIMS) across the Academy and Sixth Form.
  
• Manage a team responsible for data, timetabling, and Academy Examinations, and ensure the day to day operations of systems, all data, assessment and curriculum information is accurate and up to date.
  
• Lead on provision of statistical analysis of student data and examination information.
  
• Lead on provision of statistical data for external bodies including DfE.
  
• Contribute to partnership working with other schools and academies.
  
• To uphold and promote the Academy’s child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to by all staff.
  
• To promote the safety and wellbeing of students.
