Skype - Prevent new IM coming to front of just have icon flash

Hi all,

 

I am preparing to roll out Skype, so that all staff have a way to communicate with each other if they do not have a phone.

 

One thing im trying to do is to stop the message alert popup appearing in the bottom right hand corner. I would prefer just the Skype logo to flash when a message has been received, so that it doesn't not appear if a teacher is showing something on the screen and disturb their lesson.

 

This is quite an important option is it possible? We used to use OpenFire and this was an option in this, but as we have Skype available through Office 365 makes sense to use.
