Onenote - Constantly corrupting and not syncing

Hi All,

 

 

Just moved to a new school and they have a communication book currently done in onenote.

 

However, this constantly gets corrupted, conflicting pages and sync issues.

The file is held on a network drive.

 

Is there any other ways of hosting this or any other software that can do real time multi user spreadsheet?

 

I personally want it in SIMS as i dont like what they put on this book but hey ho, this is what they want and theres to much to do at the minute so cant argue.
