FN-GM Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 (edited) Hi, on our setup it is configured so if anyone sends an e-mail to a personal of an administrator it goes right to the administrator mailbox. How do I change this just for one account please? I am not sure what I am looking for. Also how do i open another users folder so i can see 2 mail boxes on one outlook permanently please? So i will have my own personal inbox than a shred one, all in outlook. Does that make sense? We are running exchange 2003. Thanks Edited March 3, 2008 by FN-Greatermanchester

FN-GM Posted March 3, 2008 Author Posted March 3, 2008 No only joking. to add another mail box do the following: tools > options > mail setup tab > email accounts > data files tabs > settings > then advanced tab. To forward an address go into the properties of an account in AD then exchange general. 1

I know you've solved it but I'm just trying to get my head around exactly what it was that you were asking.
FN-GM Posted March 4, 2008 Author Posted March 4, 2008 it should say "the personal account of an administrator"
