Mysterious Job Keeps appearing in PCounter Queue

Hi all,

 

Running Pcounter on our College, been having issues with the Print Spooler Drive on the Server keeps filling up, and making the server goes down

 

However we keep noticing there is this Mysterious JPG File that the Owner is "System" and the file size ranges from 500mb - 2gig keeps appearing multiple times on our queues

 

Despite Keep deleting a load of them the keep on reappearing again which inturns causes our E Drive to fill up quite quickly

 

Right Click and going to the Properties returns with the following

 

Client Computer

Datatype: raw

Prince Processor 339

 

now matter how many times we delete it keeps appearing mutlipe times all the same file name but different sizes each time

 

we delete them all and they keep reppearing

 

Any ideas how to trace the source of this file and where its coming from?
