ICT Strategy - Can you share some examples?

I am in the process of writing a new ICT Strategy for the school.

 

This is something I have only ever done with our Deputy Head but I have been tasked to do it independently this time.

 

Are any of you able to share with me your ICT Strategy? Or at least your approach to writing / updating it?

 

It will basically be our plan for how the network and ICT resources will develop over the next 3-5 years. Including hardware, VLE, taking advantage of 'the cloud' etc.

 

I already have a plan for hardware like for like replacement that will form part of this.

 

Any examples will be greatly appreciated.
