nicholab Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 One host is not ping able from one machine but is from other machine. From the host with the issue i can ping another machine in the same sub net any suggestions I can't ping from other host as it is NAS box.
FN-GM Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Are you pinging DNS names? If so ping the IP addresses and see if that responds. This will rule in / out a DNS issue.
nicholab Posted February 24, 2017 Author Posted February 24, 2017 Seems that taking the LAG off the ports on tge netgear switch fixed the issue.
