One host not pingable from one machine?

One host is not ping able from one machine but is from other machine. From the host with the issue i can ping another machine in the same sub net any suggestions I can't ping from other host as it is NAS box.

Are you pinging DNS names? If so ping the IP addresses and see if that responds. This will rule in / out a DNS issue.

Seems that taking the LAG off the ports on tge netgear switch fixed the issue.
