We've just had some information sent through. It all seems to suggest that everything is going to stay as it is for Ruckus. Looks like if it goes ahead we will be looking into August:

Pull from report:

Post-acquisition, ARRIS plans for Ruckus to continue as a dedicated business unit headed by current Ruckus COO, Dan Rabinovitsj, maintaining dedicated channel, sales, marketing, product management and engineering organizations. Under Dan’s leadership, Ruckus will retain the focus on partners that both Ruckus and Brocade are known for, and on continuing the sales momentum we’ve already seen with a combined wireless and wired portfolio, with the added scale, stability and resources the completion of the ARRIS’ acquisition is expected to bring.

The Ruckus part is going to be led by Dan Rabinovitsj, who has been at Ruckus for a number of years, which is a great sign. It also seems like the road map is all staying as is. Arris are a current Ruckus distributor for service providers, so they know they technology, which is also a bonus.

We have the partner conference coming up in May, so i'm sure we will hear more then :)
