If so again, what version of the Sophos Outlook Add-on do you get from the Email Protection / SPX Encryption download section please?? (The one I get is called soa_13_en.zip and it doesn't work with Office 2016 ) Sophos Support say this is resolved with a newer firmware, but this isn't an option at present. I'm hoping someone else might have a new SOA installer and be able to send it to me?

The company who we bought it from (and who also provide the support for it) don't like installing the latest and greatest versions until they have thoroughly tested it themselves. If I upgrade it myself then they won't support it...
