Google Safesearch redirection with on premise DNS servers

Hi

 

I have setup Google safesearch (DNAME) on my DNS servers and have been working brilliantly .

 

I am attempting to force safesearch on our student wireless devices too, which is on a separate VLAN, running on separate port on our Sonicwall N5500 managed by our ISP.

 

The IP suggested pointing the Sonicwall to our internal DNS to enforce safesearch for our Wireless devices, which we test switched over last night, however, this had not worked and mobile devices have no access to the internet.

 

Is this setup possible anyway?
