[ms office - 2016] Office 2016 saving issues

Good morning all,

 

We've got a very frustrating issue with MS Office 2016 which is driving me mad.

Intermittently across the site users are unable to save when going to save as within an office product.

 

When in the save as menu nothing happens when you double click any of the areas available (eg This PC or Browse).

Has anyone exerienced similar issues and if so how did you resolve them please?
