WIFI problems

i have a ad 2003 network with xp sp2 clients

i have a bunch of laptops working on wifi (16 to be exact)

 

and these are running stupidley slow for example if you try to use the internet it will take a very long time just to load internet explorer

 

the laptops have the same gpo applied as the hard wired stations the only differance is the hardware spec and the programs that are installed

 

any one got any ideas please

have a look in task manager. laptops on wireless are slow for a while whilst things happen at boot. Things like antivirus and wsus.

Disable your wireless card and plug into an ethernet port. This way you can determine if it's a wifi or PC issue.

Are all 16 Laptops using the same AP? Have you tried updating the drivers & Resetting the AP?
