Secure online storage

Hello,

 

I have been asked by the governors to look at options and costings for setting up secure online data storage, to house key school documents and governance papers, so they can be accessed by the governors externally.

 

Would Dropbox suffice? Or due to the nature of the documents that will be housed should we look at something else? Any recommendations?

You could additionally, individually encrypt documents inside dropbox with Axantum Software AB | AxCrypt | How to Use

 

that way the security of the documents isn't compromised by the (lack of) security on governors home/own computers
