PSI / ECDL Self Test Issues - Office 2013

Good Afternoon,

 

Can any Office 2013 ECDL schools confirm the self test is working? Ours is getting stuck on Microsoft Access 2013 tick part when passing through the System Requirements check.

 

We have the PSI plugin deployed via MSI. Also the PSI chrome extension is set in group policy and visible in chrome.

 

I can only seem to get this to pass the test as admin and not a standard user.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

We had a similar problem, but ours was failing at another point also if I recall correctly. We logged on at each station as administrator that was to be used to run the test and selected Office 2013 in Add/Remove Programs and selected 'Repair'

 

It was a bit of a drag but it worked for us.

Hi Mike,

 

How did you set the Chrome Extension in GPO? Which Policy did you use I have the plugin rolled out just trying to roll out chrome extension.
