[sims] Unable to Delete Report <NAME>: It is being used in Scheduled Report run

Hello all,

 

We are trying to clear out old/redundant reports in SIMS, however, when trying to do so we keep getting the following message appear:

 

"Unable to delete report : It is being used in Scheduled Report run"

 

How can we remove it from the scheduled report run? They were created by another member of staff who has long left the school. We have temporarily reinstated their SIMS login but they don't have anything under the "Focus -> Alerts -> Schedule Reports" dialog.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would be good if System Managers could see all reports that are being Scheduled in SIMS so they can remove/edit them as required.
