British Computer Society Preventing Us From Updating To Windows 10 and Office 2016

We do the BCS ECDL here at our Academy and because of this we have to stick with outdated and clunky Operating Systems and Office products, namely Windows 8.1 and Office 2013!

 

A year ago I contacted BCS to enquire if their software will work with Office 2016 and they said no but it would be very soon. FIFTEEN MONTHS later I got in touch with them again (today) and not only have they said they still don't fully support Office 2016 but they also said in their email that they don't support Windows 10 either!!!

 

I am absolutely dumbfounded that the BCS has not been able to test their own software with an Operating System that has been out for nearly 2yrs now! How bad is their software that they can't make it supported by Windows 10?? They just keep telling people soon but can't give a date!
