Thanks, glad you like, the word cloud code took b**** ages to do and get right. You can click on a selected word, to drill down on details of who searcher or typed what and where, and if you right click on the word cloud itslef , you can change colours, choose if words are horizontal and then save images of the whole cloud for sharing ... or to make some interesting wall art

Quick question. Does a keyword trigger a screenshot as in other (inferior) products? Is there a matrix showing what features are supported on what client platforms? I would assume the iOS app is very limited due to Apples API limitations etc.

With NetSupport DNA you have the option to capture screenshot or video. The video option is new so I haven't tried it out yet. you can set when each should happen depending on the severity setting of the keyword. You have Low, Medium, High & Urgent. You can select to just raise an alert, email staff, capture screenshot and/or capture video.
